Marketing expertise meets interior design innovation

Updated: Feb 10

Having worked for years in marketing for commercial property, and retail, Laura saw that retail businesses generally understood the importance of omni-channel experience; that fluidity between the online and the offline worlds. She also saw how successful retailers were recognising more and more the role that brand experience plays within this.

It's simple; give customers an experience they want to return to, one that is consistent with your other channels, and you'll see customers that convert, and return.

However, there didn't seem to be many agencies or professional services that could provide a cohesive response to this challenge. An agency that could do branding, but make that brand experience consistent across a store/restaurant, a website and across it's implied culture and human behaviours? An agency that understands psychology of shopping, a commercial mindset but also a creative eye to layer in important ergonomic decisions about the environment, about furniture and space design?

It didn't exist, so in the realm where marketing expertise meets interior design innovation, a unique business emerged: bornOsborne. A marketing consultancy offering traditional marketing services, along with interior design under a cohesive umbrella. We create brands and spaces that thrive in both digital, and physical spaces. And

Founded by Laura, a seasoned professional with two decades of experience and qualifications in marketing, a passion and diploma interior design, and several HR-focussed qualifications, bornOsborne evolved. The brand's visual identity, characterised by very rich green, putty, clay, dark charcoal, and a hint of coral, embodies themes of renewal, growth, innovation, and brand reinvention. Symbolising resilience and transformation, the logo—a golden phoenix—captures the essence of the business's approach to marketing and design.
