Seamlessly integrate marketing and customer experience into one cohesive brand
One of the key features of bornOsborne Brands and Space is our ability to seamlessly integrate marketing and interior design to create cohesive brand experiences. By combining expertise in these two areas, they can help businesses create spaces that look visually appealing, and effectively communicate their brand identity to customers.
What does this mean in practice?
Essentially, we can take care of all your branding needs; whether that's a logo design, a website overhaul, a social media strategy, on-brand content, advertising that stands out, a makeover for your physical space, or an in-store experience for customers.
Whilst we love doing a combination of all the above - because a cohesive blend of all consumer touch points is where we believe the magic happens - we are also able to work on any individual small elements of the above, on a project by project basis.
Our services are perfect for you, if you're a new restaurant trying to work out how to replicate your quality of service via your social channels, or if you're an online store trying to fit out your first physical shop.
What makes a good Interior Designer, and what makes a good Marketing Consultant ?
Actually these two professions have a lot more in common than you might first think. After 20 years in marketing, I would suggest that good marketing is just as subjective as good design! Both professions involve a high amount of creativity, project management, and resource management skills.
Both professions require a good understanding of colour theory; whether designing a new room scape or working on a new brand, I have found colour theory and colour psychology useful in both professions. I have also found as an Interior Designer, that an understanding of ergonomics and how a space is interacted with, is very helpful when planning marketing events, product launches, retail marketing and experiential marketing. After all, physical environment is now one of the modern P's of the marketing mix!
All things considered, these two disciplines are more closely aligned than one might first think and it's a wonder that more businesses don't try to bridge the worlds of branding, brand experience and interiors closer, just as we have done.
